🪔 Diwali, 8 November: give your parents a year of daily check-ins, $99 →

Three new free tools: a printable medicine chart, a BP and sugar log, and check-in messages in 21 languages

No sign-up, nothing uploaded: a medicine chart in your parent’s own language for the fridge, a readings log for the doctor, and the morning check-in message in 21 languages.

The medicine chart

Type the medicines once, pick the language, print. The chart’s headings — morning, afternoon, evening, night, “taken” — are the same words Athnova Care uses in its reminders, so a parent who reads Tamil or Marathi gets a chart in Tamil or Marathi, not an English grid they have to decode. It prints on one page and stays on your device.

The blood pressure and sugar log

Enter readings as they come in on WhatsApp; the tool draws the trend and prints a log sheet the doctor can read in ten seconds. It never says whether a number is good or bad — that is the doctor’s job — it only keeps the numbers together and in order.

Check-in messages in 21 languages

“Good morning Amma, did you take your medicines?” in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Filipino, Indonesian, German, Italian, Turkish and Romanian — the exact sentences our daily check-in sends, free to copy into your own WhatsApp if you would rather do it yourself. If you stop wanting to do it yourself, that is what we are for.

Athnova Care tracks and coordinates care. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor. In a medical emergency call the local emergency number.
