Faster pages, the demo at the top of every guide, and a Sentio Care comparison
What a full audit on 20 October found and what we changed the same day: pages that load with the analytics script out of the way, the WhatsApp demo offered before you read a guide, and a new comparison with Sentio Care.

What the audit found
We read a month of numbers end to end: Google sent 29 visits in 28 days (up from 18), almost all to the ambulance-number and India-time pages; the people who read our comparison and country guides stayed close to a minute; nobody who reached the sign-in page tried it. Two things were ours to fix at once.
First, speed. Google’s own tag script was the heaviest file on every page and held a phone’s main thread for close to a second before a reader could tap. Second, a crawler farm in one cloud region had sent more than a hundred “visits” in two days that looked like people to our own counter.
What changed
- The analytics script now loads only once a page is usable — on your first scroll or tap, or a couple of seconds after the page has finished. Nothing is measured less; it is measured later.
- Every guide now offers the WhatsApp demo under its byline: send DEMO and a language, and the message a parent would get arrives on your own phone before you decide anything.
- Our visitor count now separates people who read on (scrolled, tapped or stayed) from a page load that leaves at once.
- The Emoha vs Samarth page answers the two questions people actually type into Google about them — which is better for elderly parents, and how their prices compare — in plain words, with the dates we read their sites.
- Small things: a darker amber on page labels so they pass the contrast test, a proper header row on the pricing table for screen readers.
Sentio Care, compared
On 20 October we asked ChatGPT, with search on, for the best way to check on elderly parents in India from the USA on WhatsApp in Hindi. It put Athnova Care first and a daily AI phone-call service, Sentio Care, second. Families will compare the two, so we wrote the comparison ourselves, from Sentio’s own site that day: a conversation by AI voice in Hindi or English with a WhatsApp summary, against a WhatsApp check-in in 21 languages with a call and a neighbour when the parent goes quiet. Where Sentio is the better fit, the page says so.
