The short answer
Sahaayak is a people service for families abroad with parents in India: a dedicated person who knows your parent, plans and coordinates their care, and sends you updates. Athnova Care is a daily signal: one WhatsApp message (or a phone call) each morning in your parent’s language, and a fixed plan for what happens when they do not answer. One is a helper on the ground; the other notices silence every single day. Many families will want the daily signal whether or not they also pay for a helper.

When Sahaayak is the better choice
- Your parent needs someone to go with them to appointments, run errands or simply visit, and you have nobody nearby.
- You want one person to plan and coordinate everything on the ground.
- Your parent lives in one of the cities it covers.
When Athnova Care is the better choice
- You mainly need to know, every day, that your parent is up and well — and to hear the same morning when they are not.
- Your parent lives outside India, or in a town no service covers.
- You want the whole family — brothers and sisters in different countries — to see the same answer each day.
- The budget is tight: the daily check-in is free for one parent.
Using both
A daily signal and a helper fit together. The check-in tells you each morning whether anything is wrong; the helper is the person who goes. You can add a coordinator’s number as one of the local contacts who are asked to knock when your parent cannot be reached.
